In October I was selected as an exhibitor for the AW edition of The Other Art Fair in association with Saatchi art.
This prestigious event saw me join 140 other artists to show off our very best work at the Truman Brewary in Shoreditch London. Joining fellow artists including the fabulous Abigail Bowen, Anna McDonald, Kasia Clarke, and Silvi Schaumloeffel, the breadth and quality of work on offer was really excellent. The halls were busy, and I got the opportunity to meet a host of new clients, talk in depth with gallerists and art collectors.
A real highlight was being selected and promoted on the specially curated Saatchi Online Studios page on the run up to the show.
I presented a number of new larger paintings including Buckie Whelk Bay, At Twlight, and Gorse and Tors, which were created at the studio following a number of plein air sessions. Seat Beat Shores, a special signed limited edition print was extremely popular, and I sold several editions. The series features 50, so there are still a few left.
A huge thank you to all my fellow artists, clients new and old, as well as friends and family who came to visit my stand during the 4 days of the fair.
